Winter is here and their warm and savory baked dishes like, "Stuffed Mushrooms" and "Chicken a la Fotheringham," are perfect for entertaining guests or spending a night in with the family. Stuffed Mushrooms Ingredients: • 1 pkg. (6.5 oz.) of garlic cheese spread • 1 cup of fresh Parmesan cheese (shredded or grated) • 1 stick (1/2 cup) of butter • 1 to 2 packages (8 oz.) of medium sized mushrooms (cleaned, and de-stemmed) Directions: • Preheat oven to 350⁰F • Take mushroom caps off of the mushrooms (discard or save for another recipe). Wash and dry mushrooms • Melt one stick of butter (in microwave-safe dish) and pour into 2 QT.
