America's Hottest Culinary Couple's Savory Mushroom Dishes

America's Hottest Culinary Couple" is preparing two dishes -- both made with mushrooms, a family favorite -- in their fourth and final video of the series. Winter is here and their warm and savory baked dishes like, "Stuffed Mushrooms" and "Chicken a la Fotheringham," are perfect for entertaining guests or spending a night in with the family. Stuffed Mushrooms Ingredients: • 1 pkg. (6.5 oz.) of garlic cheese spread • 1 cup of fresh Parmesan cheese (shredded or grated) • 1 stick (1/2 cup) of butter • 1 to 2 packages (8 oz.) of medium sized mushrooms (cleaned, and de-stemmed) Directions: • Preheat oven to 350⁰F • Take mushroom caps off of the mushrooms (discard or save for another recipe). Wash and dry mushrooms • Melt one stick of butter (in microwave-safe dish) and pour into 2 QT. Pyrex® Easy Grab™ Glass Bakeware dish (or a 9"x9" glass baking dish) • In a medium bowl, mix the garlic and cheese spread with the parmesan cheese • Using a small spoon, stuff the cheese mixture with the mushrooms, with cap face up • Lay stuffed caps on top of the butter, face up • Place on middle oven rack. Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until golden and bubbly • Allow to cool 5-10 minutes before serving Chicken a la Fotheringham Ingredients: • 6 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts • 2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup • 2 cans Cream of Shrimp soup • 24 oz. sour cream (Kat and Dave use reduced-fat sour cream) • 1 to 2 cans or jars (16 oz. each) mushrooms (or your personal preference) • 6 slices of ...
